BBA Arts, Entertainment and Media Management Facilities
Art and Photography students are expected to exhibit their artwork before they graduate – and for a BBA Arts, Entertainment and Media Management student looking for gallery experience, this is the perfect venue. Critical Space, the Fine Arts Gallery, and the Marion Center all display student artwork multiple times every semester – plus, pop-up shows that happen in Alexis Hall, Fogelson Library, and around the Santa Fe community. You’ll be an expert at handling, hanging, and protecting artwork before you know it.
Greer Garson Theatre:
You’ll have to spend time in our theatre at some point during your BBA Arts, Entertainment and Media Management experience – our main stage and black box productions all take place inside this building. Not only will you get comfortable with the fly system, orchestra pit, and brand new lighting and sound systems, but you’ll also find your way around our fully equipped scene shop. We have everything from carpentry to costume design to satisfy your stage management needs.
We have three Hollywood-grade sound stages, including green screen facilities – and Hollywood actually uses them. (We’re one of only two schools in the country who can say that.) Garson Studios is 30,000 square feet, with three soundstages of varying size, and we always keep one soundstage available solely for student use. That means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore the business side of the film industry, in an environment identical to what you can expect from the real world.
Contemporary Music Studios
Benildus Hall houses the teaching studios, practice rooms, and rehearsal halls for the Contemporary Music program. Student access to most practice, studio, and rehearsal spaces is available seven days a week via a secure card-key system. You can learn more about the individual studios on our Campus Facilities page.
