The Studio Arts Department at Santa Fe University of Art and Design will present the work of student Kemely Gomez at the Critical Space Gallery on campus. The Pop-Up exhibition will have an artist reception on Wednesday, March 23 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will be free of cost and open to the public.
Kemely Gomez’s work explores issues of education, poverty and violence in Guatemala while referencing childhood experiences. Las Memorias de mi Infancia is an immersive installation in which the viewer can connect with her story.
The exhibition will be on display through Friday, March 25.
